I was in between wanting the 2026 Palisade and the Ioniq 9. Nelson lyn was my salesman he was great he new about all the features on both cars especially the difference and long run owning a full electric o 9. Nelson lyn was my salesman he was great he new about all the features on both cars especially the difference and long run owning a full electric or a hybrid, they both drove excellent, See Nelson he was so much help helping me make a decision between cars I chose the Palisades they didn’t have the color interior so Nelson and manager had one sent over from a sister dealership, Creamy pearl white with grey or white interior it is absolutely beautiful, the ioniq 9 is slightly smaller but still a beautiful car, I would definitely buy from Hyundai of EL Monte again but only with Nelson there so much electronics on car he help with everything. This dealership is not pushy on sales but give you attention to in reality to buy from them. Thank you Nelson and Managers for finding car from sister dealership and having it on lot within 2 hours. so very with my purchase and already so many compliments from psi don’t know on my luxury beautiful 2026 Hybrid Palisade Caligraphy model. More

Getting an appointment was really easy and their service advisor who helped me, John Kim was really kind offered me a better deal to include some add-ons for just a few more dollars than what I came in for advisor who helped me, John Kim was really kind offered me a better deal to include some add-ons for just a few more dollars than what I came in for which was just an oil change. I leased a car from them and they are really slippery. They said they had traded the car I was looking at online the day before to another dealership and then upsold me the next model up. They made it seem like they would honor the deal that was online but kept trying to get more an more money out of me. They agreed to give me more for my trade in car and 3 hours later when I finally got into financing they had it at their original offering price. But at that point I had been there for 4 and a half hours and they had already had ran my credit and I would have paid any amount of money to just leave that dealership and hopefully never have to go back. Do yourself a huge favor and go anywhere else... don't get me wrong, the car is great and I am happy with it, but I wish so badly I would have just left when I had the chance. More
