I leased a car from them and they are really slippery. They said they had traded the car I was looking at online the day before to another dealership and then upsold me the next model up. They made it seem like they would honor the deal that was online but kept trying to get more an more money out of me. They agreed to give me more for my trade in car and 3 hours later when I finally got into financing they had it at their original offering price. But at that point I had been there for 4 and a half hours and they had already had ran my credit and I would have paid any amount of money to just leave that dealership and hopefully never have to go back. Do yourself a huge favor and go anywhere else... don't get me wrong, the car is great and I am happy with it, but I wish so badly I would have just left when I had the chance. More

I felt very discriminated when arriving at patriot Hyundai of El Monte. The service department is very unprofessional in this place. I went there two times and they denied my service saying I wasn't covered. I went to Ontario Hyundai the same day and they said I was covered and finished my service quickly. At Ontario Hyundai they are much more friendly and they actually willing to help you out rather than this place. I wish someone would have warned me how bad Patriot Hyundai of El Monte was. More

Advertised prices are not real even when stated on Cargurus and their website. I called and verified the price before driving 2hrs to get to them. Once I completed credit application and the sales person took it to the manager, the manager then said the price was $4,000 more because they did the rims and tires which were in the picture on the add. I believe he saw what I make a month and wanted more. Funny part the rims/tires are too big and hit the wheel well everytime you make a right turn left or right. Don't trust them or their posted prices. The sales person Brianna was really nice and felt bad about what her manager did to us, the manager was the problem. More
