Ariel was very helpful throughout the process, but the dealership seems to be understaffed with techs and took a while just to diagnose the issues with my truck. When I dropped off my truck I was told that the diagnostic would be done in 3 days, but the diagnostic took nearly a week, followed by another week to repair the issue then another week to diagnose again then wait on parts and repair again. My advisor was very kind. The mechanic was also very personable. I try to avoid this shop unless for whatever reason I have to choose it. I hate to say it, but the prices are insane and feel criminal. Hundreds of dollars to change a bulb that i couldn’t get to because the headlight was a bit stuck. My latest vehicle left with an issue it didn’t have before it went in, but of course developed sitting at the shop. After testing alone the bill would be a grand. Maybe it’s just me. More
