I had already called & left a message about the unusual Service (1st time ever recvd such) on the Manager Voice Mail. Never heard back. What I stated is I felt the person who provided my Invoice etc (which Service (1st time ever recvd such) on the Manager Voice Mail. Never heard back. What I stated is I felt the person who provided my Invoice etc (which I believe was Ariel) made me very very uncomfortable. She was right up on me, before I even left the car (when I pulled up) & was following so closely. As if in here. Trying to have me sign her I pad. I chose to do such at the Desk just a few yards away. When all was finished (which was fast so good shop on this crew) I asked if I received a Discount for Oil Change as I have extended Warnty to 75,000. She said Yes & that the $59.00 (which I usually pay about $109.00 ) was being waived during the Warranity. In reflecting I realized this only occurs when a Vehicle has 36,000 mi or less. So, I received Free Service that was not valid. Though I appreciate this. I realize this was a mistake & if made with others, this could be a financial devasting matter for Carver Toyota. I mentioned this in my Voice Mail with the mgr of this Dept (as reflected on the invoice) as well as the Above. I had a small misunderstanding on my part regarding placement of Mlg Sticker on w/shiled. Was not done IIlana was so Kind in explaining that due the Windows are tinted, this Sticker is left in the Cup Holder to ensure there is not damage to the Tinting as result of placement of this Sticker. She was so Gracious & Kind. I am disappointed I did not hear back from the Manager that I left a Voice Mail with. I felt this should be known. So, I am reflecting this in this Review, which I preferred to avoid. I want to note I always receive excellent Service when I have service done there. This is the First time. I do want to mention (though I cannot prove) the next day I noticed a Hole in the Black Panel that is underneath the front engine. It is as if a lift punctured right through this panel. One cannot see this unless looking at the front of the veh. Then you see this piece hanging out from the hole. It would be very difficult for a owner to create this. Unless one was hosting the vehicle their self. The Location (Front almost center underneath the Engine) would be an unusual place for a consumer to place a Jack or any driving conditions to cause. Would I recommend Carver Toyota. Yes without a Doubt. This is one bad incident out of probably 20 Service Calls I have which have been excellent. Thank You for your Review of this Matter. More

I am impressed by their service department, and service reps. I haven’t purchased a new vehicle from them, so I can’t speak to that aspect, but they have treated me very well with servicing my older Toyota reps. Ariel is a great help but last time I was in I was helped by someone different. They didn’t explain to me until I was there to drop my car off that it would be $180 for them to tell me why my check engine li by someone different. They didn’t explain to me until I was there to drop my car off that it would be $180 for them to tell me why my check engine light is on. I declined that service in favor of Auto Zone reading the code for free, saving me $180. Im not sure why your pricing is so high, but the attendant I talked to was not able to explain that to me either. More
