Told the salesman Ariel Sanchez I was not buying a car that night. Made it clear he was NOT to hit my credit with a hard inquiry until I had decided I was really interested. He assured me he had not and would not, but he did! Held on to my keys while pressuring me to buy otherwise I would have left. His financial guy tried ruthlessly to persuade me to sign that night. When I would not cave he rudely walked off!! Would not step foot in there again. Today I drove from Greer to Hendrick Honda in Easley, completely night and day difference in the experience . Hedrick has earned my business and I will be a repeat customer there in years to come. Jeremy made buying a car painless after Breakaway nearly turned me off Honda all together. More

During my waiting period I ventured into the new car s Came in to Break-AWay Honda only for the purpose of having my 2008 Odessey headlights buffed. During my waiting period I ventured into the new car showroom where upon I was greeted by Ariel Sanchez.. Informed him I was just looking while my Odessey was being serviced. I mentioned that I was considering in the next couple of months of purchasing another Odessey or a Toyota . Ariel, immediately portrayed the qualities and professionalism of what Break-A-Way Honda is all about. Ariel explained the new features of the 2014 Odessey, allowed me to take a test drive and even stop by my wife's place of employment to let her see the Odessey. My wife was totally shocked when I introduced her to Ariel, had no idea I was out "shopping". Throughout the test drive, Ariel was was a super salesman, extremely knowledgeable of the vehicle, demonstrated and explained features on the Odessey and to say the least, I decided not to even check out the possibility of a Toyota. Later in the day, my wife and I made an appointment for 6:00 PM with Ariel. He, again went over the details of everything and we finally reached agreement that we would purchase the Odessey. I'm not sure what Break-A Way-Honda closing hours were, however, it was 10:00 PM when we finalized everything and I'm sure both Ariel and Jack (finance officer) was ready to call it a day. My wife and I were appreciative of their dedication . Ariel Sanchez is definitely a great asset to the Honda Team. He deserves the higest rating. Richard L Murray o More

We were overall pleased with Breakaway Honda's inventory and sales. Ariel approached us with a smile and was very kind! We explained what we were interested in. We took the car on a test drive and he explained all of the different features of the car. He gave us a tour of the service department and the dealership. The overall experience was wonderful and we are thrilled with our purchase! Ariel was an awesome salesperson and I would recommend him to others! Before leaving the dealership he prayed with us and we were floored and so thrilled about this!! Our faith is important to us and we are so happy we could share that with each other! I would recommend not only Ariel but Breakaway Honda to others! We are beyond thrilled with our purchase and will be back in the future to buy a car! More
