Company is a total scam.They don’t have the cars there that they advertise at very low prices.I called about 2 bmw’s to see if they were still available and were told they were and I would like to test d that they advertise at very low prices.I called about 2 bmw’s to see if they were still available and were told they were and I would like to test drive them.When I got there l was told the cars were at the Hollywood location.But I had an appointment here to test drive both of them here in WPB.I asked to see the sales manager who was being yelled at by a woman who drove a long way and wanted to know where the car was she came to buy.While I was waiting for him l asked the salesman how much a bmw in front of us on the lot was and said he would have to ask the manager for the price.Very weird.Then the manager said he would help explain everything.Now he said both cars were not in Hollywood anymore for a test drive unfortunately they were sold Kind of hard to test drive cars that don’t exist. Both the salesman and manager looked like a deer caught in headlights.They did not even try to show me any other vehicles they l might be interested in they were so embarrassed .Cars.com, Auto Trader etc should ban Car Factory from their website’s for fraudulent and unethical practices More
