I purchased my Honda HRV from here back in February. A week later I was having issues with it starting and finally after THREE trips to a Honda dealership they were able to figure out what was wrong and f week later I was having issues with it starting and finally after THREE trips to a Honda dealership they were able to figure out what was wrong and fix the issue, which Keyauto very kindly took care of. The only other issue for me is the car didn’t have a new sticker on it; when I asked if they could put a new one on I had the choice of going to their sister dealership in York. I live in Maine so I chose to do that because I was told they also check emissions so I wouldn’t have an issue. After making the appointment and driving an hour there for my new inspection sticker, I was told they could not do it because they aren’t equipped to check for emissions testing! A bit frustrated with the misinformation, I would’ve just saved my time and had them put one on before driving off the lot. But overall, my initial experience of going in and purchasing my vehicle was great. Aristedes was super friendly and helpful with all my questions! More
