After my most recent issue, he made sure my concerns were heard and brought everything to Jim, who also stepped in and offered real support when I needed it most. From there, Joe and Mike helped me with all the paperwork and guided me through the process of transitioning into a different car. They made everything smooth and manageable during a time when things had already been so overwhelming. Their kindness and understanding made a huge difference.
