Even when I told him I needed time to think about the purchase, he didn’t pressure me. Instead, he made sure I knew that my experience and satisfaction were a priority. After leaving, I decided to move forward with the vehicle and called them back. Arman and his team didn’t hesitate—they arranged for an Uber to bring me back to the dealership! That level of service truly impressed me. Once I returned, I worked with the finance manager, Jason, who was not only extremely knowledgeable but also friendly and funny. The absolute worst dealership I have ever purchased from! No communication whatsoever, they will call you 10 times a day to get you in a car but wont answer your calls or call you back for anything else! This place should be shut down! More
