The way the staff chose to handle the incident was not only unprofessional—it was appalling. I’ve purchased numerous vehicles in my life—from high-end showrooms to roadside lots—and while I’ve seen the full spectrum of treatment, I’ve never felt so disrespected over such a trivial matter. This wasn't about a $49 set of floor mats. It was about the dismissive and condescending attitude of those responsible for explaining the situation. If this is how they treat a cash-paying customer over a minor issue, I shudder to think how they'd respond to someone walking in with their family to buy their very first car. I will never return to this dealership, and I will do everything I can to ensure no one I know is ever subjected to the same experience. n today’s digital era, a single instance of customer mistreatment can reach hundreds—if not thousands—of potential buyers within moments. This is the second time I have gotten cars from this place. This time I was a little bit late because my lease was up but Carlos and Carlitos were so awesome that they were able to get two cars in just place. Both cars are exactly what I wanted and I’m not quite sure how they do it, but they had them delivered to me in Las Vegas and also had the other cars picked up. This kind of service is unheard of especially for a car dealer. I can’t even tell you how convenient that is. I mean it’s almost like buying a car on Amazon and getting exactly what you want. Both Carlos and Carlitos were available on cell phone as well as FaceTime in me making sure I got exactly what I wanted I really felt like they went out of their way to make sure that I was happy and satisfied with my purchases. I also called Carlitos several times to get help with set up with the cars and he was extremely helpful and offered to call him anytime on his cell phone. I have been to many car dealerships in my life, and I have never felt more like a Vip than this time. I actually am still surprised how quickly they were able to get a transport to deliver the cars and pick them up. I will definitely tell everyone about this experience and I really think this is the way to sell cars in the future. More
