When I arrived for my appointment, Arnauld was still engaged with an earlier ap I highly recommend DCH Kay Honda and their VIP Manager, Arnauld Kegbe. When I arrived for my appointment, Arnauld was still engaged with an earlier appointment, but gave me a comfortable seat and checked in with me several times while he finished with his earlier customer. We took a test ride after he gave me the opportunity to use the iPhone features and other newer features (I already had a leased Civic) and he answered my questions professionally and concisely. Actually, I felt much better than I had when I negotiated my last lease because I didn't feel rushed nor pressured (though, as a sales professional, I could certainly appreciate his salesmanship). I couldn't stay to take the car with me that evening, so after a very, very quick and efficient visit with the business manager, I left. Arnauld made arrangements to deliver my car two days later, as I had requested, and it arrived on time. Again, he asked if I had any questions he could answer. A week or so later, I was having trouble with the trunk release and texted him. Arnauld immediately called me and helped me figure out why it wasn't working (it wasn't as sensitive as my earlier model's release was). Absolutely satisfied. More
