Immediate reaction was I felt very comfortable talking and discussing all the questions I needed answered regarding trading in my 2010 CRV EX for 2012 Honda CRV EX. The date I am referring to is Monday Dec 12,2011. I would definetly recommend Armando to all my friends. Very professional and helpful. Lots of patience and definetly not pushy. Also Armando made sure he called me the next day as promised. I am very very pleased with my new car. The only thing I was missing was a big red bow. :-] More

I had a great experience at Kay Honda. Armando was always friendly and professional and I felt that he was very genuine. I would say the same for the rest of the staff. Although it took a while for my vehicl friendly and professional and I felt that he was very genuine. I would say the same for the rest of the staff. Although it took a while for my vehicle to come in, Armando gave me frequent updates, so I was never left wondering. More
