Faith purchase I was in an upside down car loan with my VW Jetta for a lot. I tried another car dealership to trade for another used car. It was not possible, withou I was in an upside down car loan with my VW Jetta for a lot. I tried another car dealership to trade for another used car. It was not possible, without paying off my excess (a lot). I thought go to a VW spot. Well impulsively at 3pm I pulled in. I test drove Tiguan my trade made it difficult. Short story by 6pm drove off with brand new fully loaded Wolfsburg Edition Passat. Out old loan .....if it wasent for Sam aka babycakes (gave him a nickname) and his team Nick & Armando, I could not be a happier customer. Thanks guys!!!!! More

They came up with a way to get me into a new car whether or not they totaled my car, which they did total it! I ended up with a brand new car at the same payment as the used one! John gave me space to make a well informed decision. He was straight forward, I knew I was his first sale and we learned together. Sam was kind enough to assist on the test drive to show me the ins and outs of the Atlas. Armando was a tough cookie but we were able to find a happy medium that worked for both of us. More

Bought a used car from them, not a good car at all Very bad experience in buying a used car. The car has many issues that should have been taken care of before ready for sale.
