Don't waste your time. This dealership will charge you $1000 if you have outside financing. Extremely divisive in their selling approach. Plus, they fail to communicate various aspects of the deal unless you can "come into" the dealership and converse with them, which can be an inconvenience if you don't live near the dealership. Armando can be very smug, to the point where he fails to understand and recognize your concerns as a customer/potential buyers. They were able to receive a loan approval for my situation but I cannot stress this enough, please read the purchase order before you sign. There will be questionable items that you will need to address before going through with your transaction. None of this is handled during the back and forth between the sales specialist and the sales manager, so by the time you reach finance, you'll be tired/worn out from sitting there for hours. Do not forget to fully read the contract to avoid inflated pricing and potential buyer's remorse. The dealership was also responsible for clearing out the recall status on a new vehicle. Because of my terrible experience with this dealership, VW of North America was able to recommend another dealership and they were able to clear the recall. More
