I would not recommend anyone do business at this dealership. I know there is a preconceived judgment toward car salesmen being conniving liars and even though I gave this experience the benefit of dealership. I know there is a preconceived judgment toward car salesmen being conniving liars and even though I gave this experience the benefit of the doubt, I now understand why that judgment exists. The men at this dealership took complete advantage of me. I was open about needing to stay at a certain payment level and shared that as a single Mother it is important that I not be burdened with a car payment I cannot afford. You would think that they would’ve made it a priority to protect the customer but instead they immediately pounced on and preyed upon this vulnerability as weakness. They not only took full advantage of my situation but they made a sport out of doing it. They whisper to each other and come up with a plan to trick people into falling for a situation that will benefit them the most. As if that isn’t enough they then put you in a room with the final sales guy to solidify the deal and he begins to berate you over and over again with their warranty that truly does nothing for the customer and again only benefits them. This was an overall learning experience for me and hopefully my naïveté will help someone else. These guys are only in it for the money. If I had literally anyone looking out for me then I would’ve undoubtedly never have purchased a car from them. In my case I was alone, in a terrible personal struggle and desperately needed help getting a car. If you are going to purchase from them just be aware that they prey on vulnerable women instead of protecting them. I am still juggling a car payment I can’t afford, they impacted my life in such a negative way it literally feels like I was financially molested there. Get a car broker or do anything you can to avoid salesman in general. At least steer clear of these ones. More

Just wanted to take a minute and say thank you to Zee Akil for her exceptional Customer Service yesterday when I dropped off my 2021 CX-5 for its routine service (Oil and filter change, tire rotation, an Akil for her exceptional Customer Service yesterday when I dropped off my 2021 CX-5 for its routine service (Oil and filter change, tire rotation, and brake check, etc.). She was knowledgeable, courteous and made the challenge of getting my car serviced, easy and painless. Thank you...! Also, I explained to her that my Lease was coming to its end this month, and I was considering a CX-50. She asked if I had driven one yet...I said "No"...and she immediately offered a CX-50 Loaner Vehicle allowing me to get acquainted with the car. I thoroughly love it...and my next car from Browning Mazda (# 4) will definitely be the CX-50...! So thank you again...for your thoughtfulness and exceptional Customer Service...! More

CROOKS!!! As many have noted, the folks at this dealership will make just about any deal over the phone/email to get you to their door step. Once there you are given a number of excuses why it can't be honored. These people will waste your time and possibly leave you with a hernia. You are better off going with a service like Costco Auto or your Credit Union. Where do they find these people??? If you are the type that enjoys confrontations, shouting matches, and a need to display your alpha manliness, by all means head over to this place and give them xxxx. I'll even give you a donation if you make them suffer like they have many of us. :) More

High pressure sales for stuff that doesn't work Everything started out great. To their credit, Browning Mazda does have a good selection. That's what got me there in the first place. What I found was high pressure sales tactics to buy stuff you don't need, or simply does not work. I went in thinking I was going to get a fair deal, what I ended up with (after 15 months to figure it out) was a marked up CX-5 and probably one of of my experiences buying a car. It started with the $700 3rd party alarm system that doesn't work. This KARR alarm system is not compatible with the car, according to two other Mazda dealers who looked at it. They won't even fix it. Browning service was no help, they just told me how to disarm it. After it keep going off all the time, including even in the lot when I got it serviced, I just put duct tape over the sensor. By by $700. Then there's the Mazda app. For $400 you get an app that doesn't work either. No one told me there was also a yearly $95 charge to use it. I simply cancelled the app to avoid those extra charges. Browning Mazda has no business putting this KARR alarm in any vehicle. This is their way of jacking up the price. As for the app, shame on Mazda USA for force feeding it to customers. If you must buy from this dealership, get ready for a huge push to buy marked up extras, in a high-stress environment. More

First time buyer - First rate experience! I went into Browning Mazda looking for a lease. The ad said, "No money down and low monthly payments for 36 months." Being a college student I could I went into Browning Mazda looking for a lease. The ad said, "No money down and low monthly payments for 36 months." Being a college student I could not afford any hidden tricks. I walked in, Armando Mendoza greeted me and I asked him if the ad was legit and what the total cost would be. Armando told me what I would need to pay and quoted me a monthly payment. At the end of the process I paid what Armando quoted me and ended up owing the monthly payment he quoted me. What an awesome experience. Ask for Armando, he was awesome. More
