Armando Ramirez Was our salesman, I’ve worked with many salesman before and I was very impressed with how Armando handled our transaction front start to finish. I also have to mention the Sales Manager Scott Fielding. he went above and beyond to make sure my wife and I got the deal we wanted! I highly recommend this dealership!! I left a great review when I purchased my 2019 Acura MDX. The first time customer experience was excellent 0 complaints. A week later after I purchased the vehicle I took it back so the dealer could fix the back bumper per our agreement when I originally bought the vehicle. (Which they did an excellent job) I was giving a 2022 MDX as a loaner which I truly appreciated. My wife and I absolutely loved the 2022 so I contacted Armando Ramirez who was the person who originally helped me. He said he wouldn’t be able to assist me since he was busy, also Scott Fielding who is the sale manager was not able to assist me. Another sales person was assigned to help me he gave me numbers for a new vehicle. I gave $5,750.00 as a down payment for my 2019 MDX and I was told that money went down the drain. Keep in mind this is a week later, I hadn’t even driven the vehicle 200 miles. I understand that vehicles depreciate but I felt like they were trying to take advantage of me which right away made me feel uncomfortable! Come on now not even 200 miles I drove the 2019 and I lost $5,750.00??? I’ve made transactions like this before in other dealerships and yes I’ve lost 8-10% And I get it it’s part of doing business. The funny thing is that Scott Fielding was not busy to say that my $5,750.00 went down the drain. While this conversation was taken place Armando Ramirez was standing around and clearly looked like he wasn’t busy. In conclusion this dealership will make you feel welcomed to earn your business but will not work with you to keep you as a customer. I wanted to be a return customer and unfortunately that was and will be my only purchase from there! I hope someone takes a close look at this review And I received a feedback. -Kelvin Argueta
