My primary experience was with Sean, but the staff in the service room talked to me while I was filing my car information and putting in my service request. It's rare to get that these days since most other businesses let their staff ignore you and dwell on their phones while one person only asks you what they need to know. This felt real, and refreshing. More

I am very disappointed with the service I received at Greenway Kia today. I scheduled an oil change and tire rotation for this morning, but the experience fell far below expectations. After I declined a Greenway Kia today. I scheduled an oil change and tire rotation for this morning, but the experience fell far below expectations. After I declined additional upsell services, the staff’s attitude noticeably changed. I had also received an email stating that the oil change included a free tire rotation, yet they questioned this and required me to provide a screenshot, which should have already been noted in my account. Despite having a 10:30 appointment, I was told the service would take approximately three hours, which is unreasonable given that I had a scheduled time. When I asked about a ride home, I was informed they would not accommodate me because I live 5.5 miles away, exceeding their 5-mile limit. Overall, the lack of organization, poor communication, and unhelpful customer service made this a very frustrating experience. More
