Everyone I interacted with at Liberty Auto City was knowledgeable, friendly, and really listened to what my needs were. Our salesman Dan was great! He was patient and took time to fully explain how everything worked All through buying process he fullyanswered all my questions, negotiated with me fairly, and was never pushy or high pressure. I am very happy with my low mileage super clean 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee L Summit. Liberty Auto City has also serviced my Jeep Wrangler for the past three years. The service team is professional, offers competitive pricing, and always gets everything done in a timely manner. They will continue to be my choice for the new Jeep Grand Cherokee L Summit service needs. More

Rude staff that cares more about smoking out front than providing good customer service. Salesman used very vulgar language when he thought he was out of earshot. At first I wasn’t sure about buying a car here. I spoke to one rep online, then another a manager contacted me. When I showed up no one knew what I was there for and I never saw internet sales per I spoke to one rep online, then another a manager contacted me. When I showed up no one knew what I was there for and I never saw internet sales person or manager I had spoken to. Then I met Dan Magana! He is not your typical car salesman. He went above and beyond for me!! I can’t say enough nice things about him! Even when other departments were supposed to do things for me but they fell short and didn’t follow through. It was always Dan to the rescue! Dan Magana is the most honest and helpful salesman I have ever met! Wish there were more Dan’s out there! Thank you! More

I am adding a shout out to Jim Gray in the Service Dept. There's an old adage that while the sales team sells the 1st car, it's the service team that sells the 2nd. This is 100% true of Jim. On my old car he kept me apprised of service recommendations, what was needed now and what could wait and gave me helpful advice on new models. I purchased a new Jeep from Liberty Auto City in Libertyville due to the excellent handling from Mario Gentry and Armi Matienzo. They were patient and non-confrontational and worked with me to get a good deal in a straightforward manner. Armi provided numbers to me upfront on pricing, put me in touch with the right people for questions and kept the communication lines open when things stalled. Mario was very knowledge about technical and commercial issues and handled our negotiations in a professional and pleasant manner. Max Vuotto and Adrian Tellez were also helpful in explaining specs and features and Nicole Dupass in Finance made it easy to complete the final paperwork, explaining the options for add-ons but in a balanced way and without high pressure sales tactics. More

I wish there was a zero star rating for this dealership. My journey started about 1 month ago. While having my oil changed, I went in to the showroom to speak with a salesman regarding my lease coming up in My journey started about 1 month ago. While having my oil changed, I went in to the showroom to speak with a salesman regarding my lease coming up in 3 months. I asked for a lease quote on a vehicle equipped exactly like I have, and was told that there weren’t any such vehicles in stock. A lease quote was only given on a car in stock. He offered to order a car, but when I asked if I’d be in the same realm of payment, once again he said he can’t do it. My lease turn in is a 3 year old car with 15k mikes. I asked him to have my car appraised and once again, only if there was a car in stock to buy. He said he’d see what he can do and would call me. He even verified my phone number. I never received a call. I received an email from Armi and said if I came in, they would have go over details with me. I set an appointment specifically asking for lease numbers and an appraisal. Armi said to ask for Armi or Mario. I was greeted at the door by a salesman who asked me for my keys, and pulled up a car that was not even close to what I own. It was a 2 wheel drive without the elite package. Once again I asked for some numbers and was given the same runaround, only to leave once again without any quotes. I was told by the salesman that my payment would probably go up $150 per month. This would have been my 3rd car purchased from this dealer. Armi or Mario never even came out to meet me. More
