Before moving here I lived in Lincoln Nebraska but the sun and beach stole my heart so off to Florida I came. I've always been in love with cars so it only made sense for me to get involved in the automotive industry, I started with INFINITI almost in September of 2012.

Excellent customer service After walking into fort Myers Infiniti I was met by Armin Gackic who was very informative and friendly. Armin showed me numerous vehicles in the QX series. He was very helpful and not pushy or aggressive like other dealer salesmen. He showed me several vehicles with different features and colors and explained how they worked. After all his help I leased a QX50 which I'm very happy with. Armin made my vehicle purchase a great experience. I would rate him a twenty if I could, an excellent salesperson, Infiniti should be proud they have such a great salesman who went out of his way to help me with my purchase. Thank you Infiniti. Grateful for the infinite amounts of customer service! When shopping around for a premium vehicle from luxury brands, you begin to recognize the comparable beauty shared amongst ALL luxury brands. Although brands may boast about their individual niche in the automotive industry, for the majority of prospective new car owners it boils down to the quality of service and relationships formed; hence the reason for our recent Infiniti purchase. We were fortunate enough to have Chris Palmer (AKA “Mr. Wonderful”) as our Infiniti sales representative. Although Mr. Palmer is new to the industry, you wouldn't know it by his love for automobiles and loyalty to the brand he represents. My fiancé and I were thoroughly impressed by his knowledge for the brand and his ability to maintain a professional demeanor through the duration of the purchase. Chris isn’t your typical car salesman. He exudes integrity and exemplifies the meaning of a straight shooter; he is honest and forthright about the car of interest and transaction happenings. Additionally influential in our decision were the other Infiniti dealership staff members. Larry, the sales manager, helped personalize our experience by providing excellent customer service while delivering a much appreciated sense of comradery. This greatly resonated with us, as we had previously shopped around at other dealerships that made us feel insignificant. A simple introduction goes a long way. Armin, another sales representative, not only worked to make our transaction as quick and seamless as possible but his sense of humor made our overall experience a more enjoyable one. Comfortable & accommodating purchase at Infinity Fort Myers Was a bit intimidated when entering the beautiful showroom of Infinity of Fort Myers on Rt 41. I was introduced to Mr. Armin Gackic who was extremely Was a bit intimidated when entering the beautiful showroom of Infinity of Fort Myers on Rt 41. I was introduced to Mr. Armin Gackic who was extremely knowledgeable and took his time answering all my questions not knowing if i was a tire kicker. He took his time in showing me different models based on my needs. The negotiation process which i dread was smoother than expected with absolutely no sales gimmicks or pressure tactics. My wife also needed to see and test drive the car along with the rug-rats which was no problem. I purchased a QX60 at a great special finance rate with the help of Armin. The Team at infinity from the finance department to the service department made our family feel welcomed. The scheduling for the first service was also very easy as i was personally introduced to everyone i will be dealing with for future reference. Buying a new car, especially a luxury automobile can be stressful by my experience with Armin Gackic and Infinity of Fort Myers was a breath of fresh air. You won't go wrong paying him a visit if your shopping for a new car. More

Once they have your money. Bought a 2013 Volvo from them in Jan 2015, apparently the sales person didn't notice the noticeably broken gas cap... After I left I noticed a shimmy Bought a 2013 Volvo from them in Jan 2015, apparently the sales person didn't notice the noticeably broken gas cap... After I left I noticed a shimmy in the front end, brakes were shot. No return calls or e-mail, had to fix it myself. Car belonged to a manager, if they don't take care of their cars they're not going to take care of yours.... Multiple attempts at contact, no return calls. Never been treated this bad at a car dealer. Once they got the money they could care less. Revised January 25: Store manager saw this post and called. Too bad it took this much to get a phone call. The manager and I had a nice talk, he reimbursed more than my expenses and apologized for the incident. It would be nice if there was some kind of people-skills taught to the staff. Perhaps also some kind of post-call to ask customers how their experience was? I was forced to go directly to Volvo for service and they were strict about follow up contact. An entire business can be affected when one employee does a bad job. Don't let one useless employee affect your business with this dealership, others seem to have been treated well, and management jumped in when they saw a problem. Not very satisfied, but issue is settled. More
