First time car I walked in not knowing what to do. I had my dad with me so it was ok. First impressions were nice about the place. Arnaldo Rivera was more like family than a sales associate. Arnaldo took the time to listen our needs for a vehicle and then walked us thru the entire process for our new vehicle lease. Arnaldo made sure that he was able to meet us on OUR busy work schedules. After our paper work was completed Arnaldo took extra time to walk us thru all the vehicles functions to make sure we were absolutely comfortable in the vehicle (Very much appreciated). We have purchased multiple vehicles from Kia in the past and because of the Quality of Sales associates like Arnaldo we will continue to return for vehicles in the future.
