Arnaldo was the best salesman ive ever dealt with i mean he was down to earth and actually was interested in having conversations with you and helping you out by doing anything he could possibly do to make he was down to earth and actually was interested in having conversations with you and helping you out by doing anything he could possibly do to make your experience run smoothly and mine did i even left things in a loaner and he let me come get everything out with about 5 minutes till closing so if you go to halleen ask for Arnaldo he wont let you down. My experience with Halleen Kia was wonderful. Both Quisha and Arnaldo were professional, kind, quite knowledgeable about their products and persistant in providing quality service. I enjoyed that they were consistent, but not overly aggressive and made me feel as if I were a part of their Halleen family. When I returned to pick up my 2011 Sorento Arnaldo was quite personable and even made my family feel as if they were a part of the buying process. Although I didn't personally meet Quisha she kept me informed from my initial contact with Halleen Kia. I have been so excited with my new SUV this was really a great choice for me. I will definitely refer others and let them know of my experience and when it is time for a new vehicle (although I plan to keep this one for awhile) I see myself returning to Halleen Kia. My husband and I went to Halleen KIA just looking for a more dependable vehicle because our youngest daughter was hospitalize at the Cleveland Clinic and we did a lot of higway driving. Arnoldo took care of us right a way without pressure and let us look around and help us find a vehicle just right for us. Everything was handled the same day. The Service Department has been EXCEPTIONAL!! Any time I need to get my car in for service they have been more than accomodating. I have no problem getting Saturday appointments and if I have to work, I let them know and they get me serviced and out of there in time. The Service Staff informs me of needed services and also informs me of current specials. Recently I lost my coupon book for oil changes and they still took care me and gave me a number to call to hopefully get it replaced. My daughter will be looking for a vehicle this summer and we will be bringing her to Halleen, who knows maybe we will find something too. More

Our slaes rep, Alrnaldo, was very nice, warm and welcoming. Arnaldo was not a pushy sales rep, he was down to earth. We had no intentions of buying a car that day and were leaning towards pre-owed cars. Because of Arnaldo and the great deal that KIA was able to give us this experience led us to looking from used cars-to buying a new car; that same day! Arnaldo was a great help and even stayed late so we could go back home to get our car to trade in. And for this quality of work and service we thank Halleen KIA, and especially Arnaldo. More
