He was very knowledgeable and did a great job explaining our options. He was very understanding of my wife's reluctance to let go of her 15 year old mini-van. They didn't have the car we wanted in stock but thought they would be able find one within 2 weeks. It was over Christmas and the plant was closed. To our surprise, thanks to Arnie, the sales manager located a car for us 3 days later, and we drove home a new Highlander in the exact colors and options we wanted. Tran, the finance manager did a great job explaining our warranty options. The delivery process was very informative. Charlie brought in their technology expert who helped us with connecting not only our phones but the internet applications also. In short it's a great place to buy a car! More

We met Arnie the sales manager and KP our sales consultant. They quickly made my mother feel comfortable and made purchasing a car as painless as possible. Arnie and KP worked with my mothers budget and she was able to purchase a great car. I would highly recommend working with these gentleman, they took time to explain the process to my mother and she left their feeling like family and happy with her purchase. We also had a great experience with our loan consultant Tran. He explained the paper work to mother in terms she could understand and she appreciated him taking his time and being patient with her. Awesome Team at Bredmann Toyota! More

This time was a special experience that was so meant to happen- purchasing the Toyota Prius that I've researched on and had my reserves for almost 2 years. From the dealer- Ric, to the accounting mgr - Tran? to the store mgr, the transaction and experience went well. They were trustworthy without any hidden agenda but with assurance that we were not only making the best purchase but we will be supported by the dealer in terms of warranty/extended warranties and added service in the coming years. They made us feel like part of the Bredemann Family. I am proud of my purchase from this location. More

My family has known Arnie Rowen since 1991 and we haven't bought our Toyota's anywhere but Bredemann. Arnie and his team are great. Paul was there to take my pre-order and Ric Santos has been there haven't bought our Toyota's anywhere but Bredemann. Arnie and his team are great. I was looking for a Prius and he made it possible for me to test drive a couple different models and he explained to me all the features of the car. He gave me a no-nonsense price, and told me to go home and think on it. He never pressured me in any way to buy a car then and there, nor did he pressure me to get options or features on my car that I did not want. I went back a few days later to purchase the car and Muhammed and Arnie Rowen, the sales manager, could not have been more accommodating and helpful in making sure I got a good price. The car I wanted was not at their lot, but they made sure to find the one I wanted and get it to their lot for me. Also, thanks to Jack Prato for making the financing part so easy. The entire process - of finding the right car, getting the right price, getting the best features and options, and financing the deal - was super smooth. I had such a great experience that my parents went back the next month to get a Camry Hybrid from Bredemann Toyota as well. Again, Muhammed was our go-to guy and he found the perfect car for my parents. They could not be more pleased with their purchase and with their experience. All in all I think Bredemann is a great place to buy a car - mostly because of the warm and friendly and helpful people who work here. They made me feel welcome and made me feel comfortable in making the right decision about such a big purchase. More
