He explained the differences clearly and gave us enough room to make the decision we felt most comfortable with. He was also very thorough with the paperwork and made sure everything was explained clearly before we finalized the purchase. In the end, we were able to get the car under terms we were very happy with, so we left feeling really good about the deal.
