Mr. Arnold Bang has accompanied my father through several leasing contracts and is the picture of calm, patience, and clear explanations. He clearly outlined for my father (age 92 and still driving well!) hi leasing contracts and is the picture of calm, patience, and clear explanations. He clearly outlined for my father (age 92 and still driving well!) his best option for an end-of-lease decision and was extremely patient in guiding him to fill out the paperwork correctly. Not only that, Arnold went above and beyond by offering to return the license plates to the DMV so my father wouldn’t have to drive out there. Like a family member who cares! We will never go to any other Honda dealership. More
