On this day my sister in law mary was out to buy a used car. we naturally suggested tom denchels, as we ourselfs have bought two vehicle there. well On this day my sister in law mary was out to buy a used car. we naturally suggested tom denchels, as we ourselfs have bought two vehicle there. well it started out by talking up first with Arnold, who sold us our cars..always there to help and friendly. then ruben patiently help mary look over the whole lot until he found her a car, he was most helpful into explaining every thing to her, he didn't charge her for this bilingual interpretation!!. mary then dealt wit h the paperwork guru manny who forever is full of helpful and fun information. .on this day he waited patently as mary hit a snag with her new credit card account. one thing that stands out is that just about everyone we dealt with knows us or family members, which makes us feel comfortable shopping there. if I missed any it was not intended, sorry..again we can not say enough for the team there in prosser. thanks again and no doubt we will be seeing them again. We went there cause the internet said they had the car my wife wanted, we get there they say it's at the lot in Hermiston, I said oh we will drive out to Hermiston, they said go get a bite to eat and we have the car here in an hour, sure enough it was there. Arnold was amazing not pushy, very friendly. Then we dealt with Manny he was amazing, he worked on getting us a lower interest rate for a couple days, sure enough lower interest rate and payments.
