My salesman was very patine while I debated color and what I had to have or could pass on. I was open that I had credit issues, and had no idea what financing would look like, and that this is not easy for me as I am embarrassed and ashamed of the situation I am in. Both the new car manager and my salesman were kind, patient, and calming. Never once talking down to me, or being intimidating or rude, or condescending. Instead always showed respect and kindness, not something you find everyday. They made what I thought was impossible possible, and I not only found a car I loved, but could finance and approve, which I did not think would happen. My car is the opposite of what I said I wanted, but truly love and am excited to have bells and whistles I never thought I would be able to get. I would recommend the dealership and representative to anyone looking. I have no regrets and love the car more today then when I bought it Saturday More

Great experience I only went to the dealership planning to just browse and look around. The staff at Moritz Kia was very courteous and helpful. I found a car that I tr I only went to the dealership planning to just browse and look around. The staff at Moritz Kia was very courteous and helpful. I found a car that I truly loved and wanted and my salesman Arshad was very knowledgeable. I ended up purchasing a 2018 Sorento even though I told my wife I wouldn’t. The entire process easy and even though they were very busy the day after Christmas, the entire staff, no matter who was helping me, thanked me at every turn and went out of their way to help me no matter what. I could not have asked for a better car buying experience. I would and will recommend Moritz Kia Alliance to anyone looking for a new car. More
