An Exceptional Experience I was recently involved in a hit and run accident. As a result I was not only in an extreme amount of pain when I walked into the dealership after a l I was recently involved in a hit and run accident. As a result I was not only in an extreme amount of pain when I walked into the dealership after a long day at work, I was also very stressed. Having to look for a new vehicle after mine was totaled, I knew would be a beating. But to my surprise the staff at Moritz Kia Alliance were wonderful. I can’t say enough about how comfortable, easy and quickly my sales person Arshad Shekha made my experience. He listened to me explain what I needed in a new vehicle. And within maybe 10 mins we had a winner. His pleasant, welcoming (not pushy), knowledgable and genuine demeanor made deciding to purchase my new Kia Sportage a no brainer. The management team came out to introduce themselves to me, and the receptionist was very friendly. Mike Ford handled the financing portion of the sale, and kudos to him for his mad skills on walking me through the contract including some really great add on policies that I know will make my life easier. After all was said and done the keys were handed over, but Arshad made certain to walk me through all of the buttons, bells and whistles before I left the dealership.
