eltier Kia Review – Buyer Beware I would not recommend purchasing a vehicle from Peltier Kia based on my recent experience. I was in the process of purchasing a vehicle and, before moving forward, I had purchasing a vehicle from Peltier Kia based on my recent experience. I was in the process of purchasing a vehicle and, before moving forward, I had the vehicle checked. During that inspection, two safety-related diagnostic codes were identified involving the vehicle's airbag system. I was told the dealership needed additional time to investigate the codes and determine whether they represented current issues or merely historical events. While I waited for an update, the dealership sold the vehicle to another buyer. Later, I was informed that the airbag-related codes had been determined to be historical and that I could come back to discuss the vehicle. However, when I arrived, I learned the vehicle had already been sold to a higher bidder. What concerns me most is not that I lost the opportunity to buy the car, but that a vehicle with unresolved safety-related warning codes was sold before the issue had been fully clarified. From my perspective, the dealership appeared more focused on securing a higher sale price than ensuring transparency regarding a potential safety concern. The ironic part is that I am a repeat customer. I had previously purchased a vehicle from Peltier Kia and was considering purchasing another one. As a returning customer, I expected better communication, transparency, and consideration. My purpose in sharing this experience is simply to make other potential buyers aware. If you are shopping at Peltier Kia, I would strongly encourage you to have any vehicle independently inspected, ask detailed questions about any diagnostic codes or warning lights, and obtain written confirmation regarding any safety-related issues before completing a purchase. Based on my experience, buyers should proceed with caution. More
