The service is great, the staff is knowledgeable and everyone is always willing to help. Art Accurso has been our sales person for years. He has never once disappointed us. What we like most about Art is the time he spends with us at delivery. We didn't have to do a thing to get our Lexus Enform. He made the phone calls and set everything up for us. Art also walked us through the features which was a great help. I had an issue with connecting my phone and Art worked at trying to resolve the problem for a very long time. The finance person, Tim Johnson, is also great to work with. He had all the paperwork ready for us when we walked in. Though we know there are many luxury cars to choose from we never even think of switching because we love our cars and we love how easy Art makes it for us whenever we get a new car. First of all, Art was great in that he listened to us as we told him what we had in mind, instead of him pitching something we didn't want. He was very knowledgeable of all the various models and options and very thorough in his process. There was no hard sell either during our initial exploratory visit or in the days afterwards or even during our follow-up visit. The facility in Greenwich is very nice and well-run, and I think Lexus, like most dealers these days, is very aware that most potential customers have done a lot of online pricing research, and have a lot of product choices. We did end up buying a Lexus SUV and are extremely pleased. Overall a great experience with Art Accurso and with Lexus of Greenwich. More

Art shatters every stereotype of a pushy, sleazy, slippery, obnoxious car salesman who makes purchasing or leasing a new vehicle one of the most unpleasant experiences imaginable. My wife and I were profoundly impressed with Art in every respect and he worked with us without ever making us the least bit uncomfortable as we worked out the price of a new Lexus. He was also superb in handling all the details involved in our picking up the car and was patient and thorough in making us familiar with some of the hi-tech capabilities of the Lexus. I cannot say enough positive things about the Art Accurso and I hope anyone looking to purchase or lease a new car will stop by Lexus of Greenwich and talk with Art.
