He is such a pleasant and fun person to work with. He is extremely patient and very knowledgeable about what he is selling. The pricing he gives us is always very good and the information he gives us about the car is so extensive. What we love the most about Art is his enthusiasm when explaining all the car features at delivery. We always look forward to that part of the deal. Art demonstrates everything we need to learn so we never have to scratch our heads wondering how to operate any part of the car including the electronics. We can't remember ever feeling rushed at delivery. If you see Art when you bring your car in for servicing you will get the same warm welcome that you would get when you're at Lexus to lease a car. He's a genuinely nice person. Lexus of Greenwich is also fortunate to have John McCaffrey and Tim Johnson - incredibly nice people to deal with. More

I have been a devoted fan of the service department and wouldn't think of going anywhere else for a new Lexus. Art knew immediately which GS he wanted to show me and he hit the nail on the head. We took it for a drive and that was it. Art is such a pleasure to deal with. Direct, honest, not pushy, professional. The team in the pre-owned department went out of their way to make every step painless and actually enjoyable! Louis Rivera, the Pre-Owned Manager, went above and beyond to have the car ready in 24 hours. It is perfection! Phone Order Completed I bought a Lexus 460-L yesterday and want to say that I had a wonderful experience with LofG, particularly Art Accurso. After a disappointing encount I bought a Lexus 460-L yesterday and want to say that I had a wonderful experience with LofG, particularly Art Accurso. After a disappointing encounter at a NY dealership, I called all other dealers in the Tri-State area looking for a particular car (model/color/interior). A handful of dealers had the car (or could locate one for me). Most did not take me seriously; they thought I was a leasing company agent or a fake inquiry (no woman would ever buy a car over the phone!). Art Accurso took my call, took me seriously and took the time to call me back with the good news that he located the desired car. Art was also willing to negotiate price over the phone and via email (other dealers with my desired car would not). Travelling to do a deal was not possible due to my logistical impediments. The rest is history! The car came in from Japan 2 weeks later. We traded in our old car and drove away yesterday with a charmingly smooth automobile. Even though we bought the car in CT, we registered it in NY and both Tim and Art arranged that process to be seamless for me. Equally easy was coordinating the insurance coverage with a new vendor. Thanks Art and Tim, for service, follow-through and detail orientation. I would definitely go back! I encourage all Lexus buyers to go to Greenwich CT for their purchase. More
