Brought my vehicle in for inspection of a warrantied repair and while I was waiting for the result, they told me the part was in stock and they could do it on the spot. Gave me a ride back to my work a repair and while I was waiting for the result, they told me the part was in stock and they could do it on the spot. Gave me a ride back to my work and delivered the vehicle to me afterwards. I can 't complain about this level of customer service! More

The purchase of my new F350 was the best dealership experience I have had. Salesman Connor and Sales Manager Matt were great. Jason, Frank and all the service team are very helpful. Joe in parts is als experience I have had. Salesman Connor and Sales Manager Matt were great. Jason, Frank and all the service team are very helpful. Joe in parts is also great. It is evident that the Rochester team will be great help well beyond the purchase. This is where I will bring my truck for service in the future. More

These mandated reviews are less helpful than you think. You need to find a new measure of success rate. I’m annoyed by having to do this just because I liked the team I worked with.
