I have dealt with Art Rutcha many times over several years. He has assisted myself and referred family members with both sales and service needs. It is becuase of Art that I have purchased two vehicles from Bozard Ford and plan to purchase a 3rd vehicle from Bozard in 2014. Whether it is service or sales, I always have a great experience at this dealership. I have also referred a family memeber that purchased a vehicle from Bozard because of my experiences with Art. Even though Art, may not personally conduct the sales transactions, he aways helps introduce me to great sales people and follows up to ensure satisfaction through the entire experience. This level of Customer Service is also experienced with every service need.
