After we made the deal and they pulled pour car in, we discovered a scratch in the front fender. The dealer had the whole front end repaired and provided a loaner. We also received a follow up call and help programming our phones. Finally, Art took the time to take pictures of our bumper stickers off our trade in and text them to me. More

The service person had shown me dirty ones to try conning me into having them replaced for a large fee. How many other people have been told they need services they do not need? I cannot trust this Subaru dealer any longer and I let others know it. More
