Doug did a great job in trying to figure out exactly what I was looking for. His follow up, politeness & patience was what made me drive all the way to Orlando, to see the vehicle which I ended up purchasing. I cannot thank their entire team enough for helping me find exactly what I wanted & in my budget & for never once being pushy or rude. I think this is the start of a beautiful thing; being in the Subaru Family. More
