We purchased our car through Aventura Jeep after the lease was up and we’re told not to worry about the last 2 payments as they were making them directly. Fast forward 4 months and our credit score has lease was up and we’re told not to worry about the last 2 payments as they were making them directly. Fast forward 4 months and our credit score has fallen due to these payments being made late to the point that we are unable to obtain a credit card. We went to the dealership and a dispute was made on Experian, we were told to finish disputing on Transunion which has proven to be impossible. Your staff should handle all disputes and follow though u til our credit score returns to above 700 as it was before purchasing the car. More
