First I encountered Steve Lavanchy who is the nicest/honest sales person I have ever dealt with. I was expecting to encounter a high pressure person trying to talk me into the best car ever made. Steve was kind, patient and most of all honest..It was like I was dealing with a life long friend. Once I made my decision, I met Arthur Martel who was the finance guy. Again honest, no pressure and very and very funny. By the end of the sale, I wanted to put on the coffee or break open a beer with these guys. They were awesome and made the experience such a pleasant one. I love my new Rav4 and the excellent deal we made. Thank you Steve and Arthur. More

What a wonderful person and one who certainly knows his business. After discussing our wants and needs with Mark on Saturday, we met him at Tufankjian Toyota Scion of Braintree on Sunday. Before introducing us to our sales consultant, Mark educated us on what the actual value of the 07 Matrix was, as well as how to negotiate with our insurance company. I must say, it all went according to Mark's plan. Thanks Mark! Our Sales Consultant - Kenny Tempro - I believe the correct term used to describe him is...EXCELLENT! Working with Kenny was a pleasurable experience. He was with us every step of the way, enabling us to get what we wanted and when we wanted it. We had initially applied for financing with Wallace Langame, another wonderful person who knows his business. At the time when we were ready to finalize our new purchase, Wallace was on vacation. This presented absolutely no problem because Kenny was there to to transfer the paperwork to Arthur Martel without any glitches. Arthur, you are so efficient. Kenny made sure that the whole buying process was governed by us, the customer, and not the dealership. I think that is rare in this world today. He has a very good understanding of the product I was buying that day, the 2012 Camry. Purchase negotiation was straightforward and very quick. Trade-in negotiation took a little bit longer and had more back and forth with a few other employees. A buyer who's done their homework could comfortably come to a agreement that both sides are happy with. Later I was introduced and walked over to Accessories Manger Bill who explained some of the accessories I was possibly interested in. I bought none that day but I'll keep some in mind for next winter. Next I met with Finance Manager Arthur to complete my loan and payment for the car. This seemed to be the quickest part of the day. Very straightforward and simple When all was done Sunny took me and my trade-in to their underneath garage where I cleaned out my few remaining items (CDs, phone charger etc...) Sunny then showed my how to connect my cell phone and showed me some of the features of the car. From start to finish it took almost 5 hours, I didn't think it would take this long however it was a rainy Saturday. It seemed to go by quicker than that until I looked down at my watch as I was leaving. I'd rather have not spent more than just a few minutes in the garage after purchase while my car was being prepped, it is a high traffic area with a fair amount of activity. I was introduced to several folks during the day, I can't recall all of their roles but they all were friendly. More
