I was just walking around the showroom trying to learn more about the vehicles and had a few questions about the features when I came across Tony. Even though I wasn’t there to purchase a vehicle that day more about the vehicles and had a few questions about the features when I came across Tony. Even though I wasn’t there to purchase a vehicle that day, Tony took the time to come over, help me out, and answer all of my questions with a smile. He went above and beyond to explain everything and never made me feel like I was wasting his time. I really appreciated how welcoming and knowledgeable he was. I even made sure to get Tony’s contact information so when I’m ready to trade in my current vehicle, I know exactly who I’ll be reaching out to at Toyota of Braintree. Great experience overall and Tony definitely earned my future business. More
