After having owned multiple other brands of vehicles, and after one particularly bad experience with another local dealership, I can honestly say I'm GM for life! Arthur was our sales guy on Saturday, 2/4/2023, and although I was in the market for a new vehicle, I was not intending to come home with one that day. However, it was Arthur and the entire Ed Martin team that sealed the deal for me. They heard what I had to say, and never once made me feel uncomfortable or pressured into a deal I wasn't ready for. But the deal was too good to pass up, also the 2023 GMC Acadia Denali that I chose was the only one on the lot and I didn't want to risk losing the opportunity to own her. This is my 3rd new vehicle purchase from Ed Martin and my previous 2 experiences with this dealer, from sales to service, have always been top-notch. Sometimes it takes me working with another dealership to realize that I should just stay with the tried and true professionals! More
