Arthur was true to his word throughout the sale process (between two separate visits and other follow-up phone calls per my request), and he even followed up several days after the sale to make sure our ordered accessories were delivered. After 25+ years of purchasing from a different car manufacturer/ other dealerships, this Ed Martin Buick GMC hit a new high mark for our family!
