My self; i have been looking all over dearships from edison, bridgewater, trenton you name it.. I was looking for specific color (white) CPO 5 series and I found it few places, I went every single of them and discussed my finance and loan (BMW 0.9% offer), among few took interest to know about more or some just gave us Business card and say call me or we will call you kind of attitude, Here at JMK(now BMW of SF) you will amaze how they treat you and how they handle your everysingle request, VP and Art was the salesperson who are the reason we purchased car from there. you don't have to believe me just meet them once and you realize i spent whole time somewhere for nothing. He was upfront with us from the start, no running back and forth to haggle with pricing. He was very professional. Brent Jackson was our financial representive, also very knowledgeable and professional. Dealership as a whole very welcoming. Traveled 30 minutes out of our way. We live 1 mile from an other BMW dealership, as well. We plan on recommending many of our friends to JMK. More

I was upside down on my current financed 10 year old BMW and i was going to be hit with a big repair bill as well, Art spend almost an entire week helping me work though the best course of action to cleanly and i was going to be hit with a big repair bill as well, Art spend almost an entire week helping me work though the best course of action to cleanly get me out of my loan and car and into a great new 2014 3 Series. This was no easy since i owed allot and my new car wants were high. He found the right car for me in the end and i am really happy this worked out so well. Next JJ in the finance department really went the extra mile and worked out my leasing terms with BMW Financial Services who were very reluctant to lease to me, JJ made it happen and i am extremely grateful. As for my service experience when i first brought my older car in to see what was going Hilario was very understanding to this very large repair and was fair to me knowing i had few options, he help make this transition smooth. Overall the all did a great job and i am very happy, thank you guys. Rob S. More

We had an excellent buying experience dealing with JMK BMW, but especially working with Art. He was very knowledgeable about the cars, spent as much time as needed showing us different cars and answerin BMW, but especially working with Art. He was very professional about the whole process, and not trying to force us to buy something, which made us very comfortable.
