Not good, gave me a universal remote with no remote start button, not happy did no care about customer satisfaction, I called to ask about it , said he would get back to me ,,, haven’t heard a word … start button, not happy did no care about customer satisfaction, I called to ask about it , said he would get back to me ,,, haven’t heard a word … Feels like they got their money and do not care…You would think when I called and asked about if he could make it right and get me an actual remote with a remote start that works with the car they made over $15,000 off of me. I would not think it would hurt them to step up and get me the actual remote that belongs with the car but since they did not I consider them to be a bunch of un caring crooks just out to make a buck…9-12-2025 .I just received a call from Arthur from RAV motors. He’s been trying to get a hold of their key guy this whole week with no luck. He said he is willing to make it right. I have an appointment at a Nissan dealership next Tuesday morning and he / Arthur said they will pay to have a new fob & key cut and program the remote/fob so let’s hope all will be taken care of. I will let you know fingers crossed.✌️I just got back from the dealership with the new programmed key fob that Arthur from Rav Motors offered to pay for and did. Hopefully that solves the issue it seems to work so far ….Thank You for stepping up Arthur , it is greatly appreciated….: More
