Bought a leased car from this location, it had a pit in the windshield but the salesperson Madison Lovings and Toyota promised and noted on the contract that this would be filled. I took my car to get mud the windshield but the salesperson Madison Lovings and Toyota promised and noted on the contract that this would be filled. I took my car to get mud flaps added and they did not fill the pit as they said. My windshield later cracked so I called Toyota to see why this occurred shortly after getting it “filled”. They lied and told me it was filled at my visit but could provide no proof of that. I have gotten a second opinion from professionals that full windshield pits stating that it was never filled. Corwin Toyota lied about having it repaired and then refused to do anything to help make it right or provide proof. When trying to contact my salesperson Madison for proof of the repair she has done nothing to help or provide proof all she has done is dodge calls and dance around it hoping the problem goes away. I am now stuck to pay for a new windshield because Toyota and Madison lied about a repair that never occurred when they promised to have this fixed when I bought the car. I would not recommend to anyone to buy a car from this location and especially not to work with Madison if you do. Extremely disappointed that a business can lie and provide no proof of a repair and then dodge calls when trying to resolve. My question to this location is that if a repair was done on your site at a scheduled visit how can you provide no proof of paperwork or anything to prove you actually did this? I will be spreading this news to everyone I know as this was my first car I bought and had this awful of an experience I wouldn’t want anyone to have. I would love to discuss this further with anyone but Madison Lovings as she has been no help at all. Looking forward to hearing from someone. More

Service was efficient, Aurturo was good. Don’t like that there’s always an add on, when I already pay for a service contract.
