The dealership was quick but I wasn't told that they had to order in part to complete my service that I paid for and would need to come back another day. Also another service rep checked me out but my servi to order in part to complete my service that I paid for and would need to come back another day. Arturo was just okay. I had to ask several questions that could and should have been explained to me when he handed me the hefty packet of paperwork that's your process de I had to ask several questions that could and should have been explained to me when he handed me the hefty packet of paperwork that's your process developed. I asked him how to shut off the maintenance required light which he did without telling me how I could do it in the future. He performed what he had to do, but his interaction with me seemed like he was merely fulfilling a requirement of his job and not seeking customer satisfaction or friendliness. More

Took 24 hrs for the service department to look at my flat tire to see if was fixable and repair, or put spare on and replace. Finally told me was unfixable and had to order tire for 256 dollars . I ordered the same exact tire fro a tire store for $170 plus 35 for mounting balance . $50 less then dealship More
