I was disappointed that my car wasn't detailed for me, as I traveled over 2 hours to pick up and purchase my vehicle, just expected that, but they did try to clean it up somewhat while I did my financing. I also had trouble getting the financial person to send me numbers, and promised that there was no hidden fees, but then when we got there, there was a hidden bank fee that changed my APR. Didn't like that surprise. More
