We picked up our brand new 2024 Jeep Overland last Monday, Oct. 14, 2024. When we got home, we discovered several small dents and numerous scratches on the right front fender. We never would have acce Monday, Oct. 14, 2024. When we got home, we discovered several small dents and numerous scratches on the right front fender. We never would have accepted the car had we seen these defects before driving home. I am very disappointed that these defects weren't discovered and identified by the dealer before we picked up the car. Once we discovered the defects, we immediately took the car back. Much to my disappointment, we were informed that the earliest a loaner car would be available is Wednesday, October 30, and that repairs would start on Thursday, October 31 and require several days. To summarize, we paid for a brand-new car and what we are getting stuck with is a car that had been damaged before we took delivery. Accordingly, we are VERY dissatisfied! More

This dealership operates with deceptive practices. They have sign things prior to getting the whole scope of the deal. ( We owe you form). Arturo was a fantastic help, very efficient with getting everything done and getting us in and out of there as quick as possible.
