I never thought I would be in the car industry. I didn’t grow up around a mechanic. I’m not mechanically inclined. Due to that background, I ask the same questions to my techs that any customer would ask. I ask what I would want to know if it was my car. I am customer-minded & will advocate for my customers. I started at Gates in sales & a year later transitioned to being a service advisor. A big reason being a passion to serve people but not losing the aspect of having conversations w/ people. I am honest & authentic, hinging on my relationship with Christ & my desire to honor Him in everything I do. In my free time, I enjoy being with my beautiful wife of 5 years & our adorable 3 kids, hanging with friends/family, listening/singing to music, & participating in almost anything that involves competition. I am very much extroverted & enjoy being around people at all times. All this to say, this is a little bit about me, & I look forward to serving you at Gates of Granger!

They have always treated me well. My 2014 Toyota Avalon had a dead battery and Gates called a tow truck to tow my car to Gates in Granger. Finished the time they said, they kept me updated with how everything was going , they did an amazing job after i hit a deer and everything looks brand new. Only draw back was, I had a headlight connect how everything was going , they did an amazing job after i hit a deer and everything looks brand new. Only draw back was, I had a headlight connector issue where they put the low beam and high beam in reverse but getting it fixed for free. So no complaints. Just inconvenient. More
