I informed him I was looking for a new 2017 Maxima. Gave him the specs I wanted - color, model. Let him know price range I was looking for. He did the research, gave me a call & my car & paperwork were ready in a week. At other dealerships, I feel pressure and not comfortable. He was easy to talk to & made purchasing as seamless as possible. I have 2 small kids & don't enjoy spending 3+ hours filling out paperwork or hassling over price. I came in filled out paperwork with no hiccup & was in & out in in about in a hour. This is my 3rd purchase with Asad & he is the reason why I go back to Middletown Nissan. I've dealt with DeCormier & Harte & they did not deliver the quality customer service that Asad does. Great Service!!! He's the best! More

For our family it was between a Toyota hybrid and a Nissan Hybrid, and after visiting both dealership, we decided to go back to Middletown Nissan because Mr. Kamal worked with us and our price range to Nissan Hybrid, and after visiting both dealership, we decided to go back to Middletown Nissan because Mr. Kamal worked with us and our price range to get the car we wanted. We never planned on getting such an expensive car, but after many meetings and talks with Mr. Kamal, he convinced us to buy the Hybrid explaining all its features and benefits. The color that we wanted for our car wasn't available in the lot, and so he helped us order that car that we wanted. And he said it was supposed to arrive in 2 weeks, and came here within 3 days. Their service was very quick, and smooth, having all happened on a very busy weekend- last weekend of "cash for clunkers." It was great working with the Nissan staff, and I am very happy that I decided on the Nissan Hybrid purchase from Middletown Nissan. More
