Ash was extremely helpful and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. I sent a request late at night and he called me early the next morning. He answered all my questions very thoroughly. He made the entire process. I sent a request late at night and he called me early the next morning. He answered all my questions very thoroughly. He made the application process quick and painless. And scheduled a time for us to come down. He then had the Finance Manager call us to confirm the details before we arrived. We were 45 minutes late due to a delay on our end and traffic, but he was available for us the moment we arrived. He showed us the car and answered all our questions and got us connected with the Finance Manager. There was a normal expected wait time and process with the Finance Manager and then we got the keys from Ash. He was very friendly and kind and most important, he didn't try to bait and switch, add on items, or sell us something we didn't want. Thanks Ash and team. :) More
