And the terms of the deal and let that do the selling for them. I own a retail business myself, so I know how to treat people with honesty and respect. Sales were very efficient and professional, but service was absolutely horrendous. I bought a used car there and feel the so called “safety check” was inadequate and not thorough. There was no follow up when I expressed my concerns to management even though they said they would get back to me. I am extremely frustrated and concerned about the quality of their “safety checks.” I won’t ever be returning to this dealership. More
