Problems with the vehicle not presented during sale, salesman made false promises of a second key but was not fulfilled. They did have their maintenance take a look and they could not "recreate" the issue but it is still very apparent regardless of their lack of diagnosis. I've felt as though they have treated me as ignorant, thinking I'm uninformed of mechanics. I have voiced my concerns and have yet to get any response. My Google review reflects such treatment. More

I was ready to let this thing go and move on, but you keep asking so I'll keep telling you. The experience was terrible in nearly every way. I feel that Nate Razim is probably the best in his dept ! !!!! He arranged and made calls to have me picked up after repairs were completed.
